I want to thank everyone...

who emailed me asking for information on the free work from home business I mentioned in the last NL. If you happened to miss it, visit:

http://www.senior2senior.org/103108.html

and read paragraph 2. If interested, follow the directions.

I have several pieces...

of information I found elsewhere. I didn't read the supporting articles but if you feel so inclined please research them.

First, vitamin C is coming a hero once more. It seems people who had the highest vitamin C levels in a study conducted by British Researchers of 21,831 people enjoyed a 62% reduction in risk for type 2 diabetes. (Source: Archives of Internal Medicine 7-28-08)

Second, the Swiss did a study on the effects of olive oil on blood pressure. They used 20 sets of identical twins. They gave one of the twins between 500 mg and 1000 mg of olive leaf and the other twin a placebo for eight weeks.

The twin taking the olive oil saw drops in blood pressure of 11 mm Hg systolic (top number) and 5 mmHg diastolic (bottom number). Source: Phytotherapy Research 9/08.

Third, chamomile or passionflower tea taken at night before bed time seem to help relax the taker and relieve not only sleeplessness but the minor inflammations we get during the day to various parts of our anatomy.

Something you should know...

is at this site.

If you are like me, you will not be a happy camper. If we don't arrest every single member of Congress and put them behind bars for life, we get what we deserve. This is simply my opinion expressed in a strong manner.

If you think the information...

in this newsletter is helpful, please tell a friend. I'm not looking to have the largest online newsletter subscription base, I'm looking to help people get as much info and knowledge as possible as relates to their daily lives. The only way I can do that is with your help.

An opinion on the...

cause behind the recent mortgage and financial crisis can be found at this site

Thanksgiving is only a few days...

away so let me wish everyone who celebrates T-giving a very happy Thanksgiving. I realize not everyone holds this day as a holiday but what the heck, any excuse for a party seems OK to me <LOL>.

Until next issue,

Tom Koziol
