One suggestion would be to talk about how your feet feel sore and how good it feels when you rub them. You could then ask when they last had a foot rub. You can pick up their spirits as well as improve their foot health by following a regimen like the below:

* Thoroughly wash and dry the feet
* Gently massage, to improve circulation
* Each individual should have their own nail implements
* Change socks and shoes
* Throw out old shoes and nail polish
