We had our primary elections...

and the incumbents won as usual. For the life of me, I can't figure out why the sheeple keep re-electing the same old jerk who is causing the same old problems. These folks have usually been in office forever. They act like, and evidently realize, they are truly immune from any kind of sanctions.

The worst kind of sanction for a politician is a sound trashing at the polls. They need to be embarrassed and humiliated by a resounding margin. We can longer afford politics as usual according to me.

If you picked up...

your free drug card (see last issue), I hope you saved a bundle at the pharmacy.

My son is leaving on...

Aug 29th to join his girl friend in Northern Ireland. The two are serious love birds and have been making marriage noises. She is from Warsaw and they met here in the U.S. while both were employed in Reno.

I don't know for sure there will be a wedding but if they do it will be either in Northern Ireland or Warsaw. I'm looking forward to traveling to either country should it hapen.

I've issued this warning...

before but it bears repeating. There actually are people who steal the identity of dead people. This may happen to your family. One easy way to nip it in the bud is to notify the big 3 CRAs of the death of the family member.

Mail (use the certified return receipt requested service) a copy of the death certificate to each at the following addresses:

Equifax
PO Box 740241
Atlanta, GA 30374

Experian
PO Box 9530
Allen, TX 75013

TransUnion
PO Box 6790
Fullerton, CA 92834

This isn't a guarantee it won't happen but it is a guarantee it will reduce the risk of it happening to your family.

I found the above on:

For the most part, as our economy goes, so goes the rest of the capitalist world. For those folks who keep denying we are in a recession/depression all I can say is they still have their jobs. But, the question is, for how long?

We are in a mess and we need to do something. To me, that something is not re-electing any incumbents. You decide what that something is for you.

Until next issue,

Tom Koziol
