Some of us need help with our eyesight - me included - so I have included a link to a free book that might help.

I received an email from...

 a friend that said:

I was reading a newsletter the other day, and they had a program for eye improvement for sale.  I did a little research and found the original book online.  Thought I would share the information.

I clicked the link and started reading and got side tracked. Regardless, here is a free book that just may help improve your eyesight should you need some help.

My wife had an...

operation on May 10th on the tendon in her right leg. So far, she is on course for a fine recovery. She wears a boot on her right foot that goes up to her knee and has to get around using a leg trolley.

She is quite the sight when we are out and about. The contraption looks like an everyday scooter except the leg rest is elevated to knee height and it has 4 wheels. The comments we've heard range from, "oh, that must have hurt" to "is that your daughter's scooter?"

The doctor says she'll be wearing a boot for at least six weeks as direct pressure can not be placed on the leg. The tissue has to bind and adhere so the tendon doesn't break loose and have to be repaired, again.

This has placed me back into a part time caregiver role. I say part time because Mikki absolutely refuses to sit still. Oh well, care receivers come in all mind sets, right?

I read an article...

that said our (US of A) youth is the first generation projected to have a shorter lifespan than its parents. More youth than ever before suffer from high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high truglycerides. They are being called a potential cardiac catastrophe.

In all of the studies done on these at risk youth, it was determined a healthy diet and exercise were absent. If these two factors were put into the equation, the percentages of at risk youth were expected to drop dramatically.

Ladies and gentlemen, you and I owe it to our children to feed them less than one fast food meal a quarter (you read that right) and get them out from in front of the video game and/or computer and into walking, bicycling, swimming, jogging, playing ball or performing some other acceptable form of exercise.

I've added more resources to...

my free Internet resource ebook, 100% No Strings Attached Internet Resources, located at:

http://www.senior2senior.org/100.pdf

Simply right click the above address and select "Save Target As" and download. As part of my Home BIZ NL© campaign I am creating the 100% Club.

It will be a membership site (annual dues only) and will feature online and offline honest to God work at home programs that are not ripoffs, scams, illegal or frauds. I've found a good number of reputable programs through my research for the ebook.

More info in the next edition.

I haven't personally tried...

this method to detox so I don't know how well it works. If anyone tries it, I'd appreciate a heads up. Email me with DETOX in the subject line.

Run a hot bath and add 15 drops of lavender oil and 2 cups of Epsom salts. Climb in and soak for 20 minutes. The lavender is supposed to calm your mind while the salts unknot your muscles.

I'll leave you on that calming note.

Until next issue,

Tom Koziol
