Dehydration and seniors is...
very real. Seniors sometimes forget to drink plenty of water during the day. Should you suspect your senior may be on the verge of dehydration, here are some symptoms to watch for:
*little or no urination *sunken eyes *skin that lacks its normal elasticity and resilience when pinched, *dry mouth or eyes
