I was looking at it as a vehicle to make micro loans to small businesses. From what I can determine, the need for small business loans is huge. Micro loans generally start at $100 and go up to $35000. Anything over 35K is no longer a micro loan. A NCCWOS is a membership organization with everyone paying an equal amount in dues. Various benefits accrue to the members with the loan feature as the main benefit as far as I can determine after reading the applicable statute.
